Hutt City Council (HCC) is responsible for maintaining the services that keep the city of Lower Hutt moving, servicing the needs of more than 100,000 residents. Council has set a course for city-wide rejuvenation with a range of exciting facilities and initiatives underway, including the Lower Hutt Events Centre. HCC has a focus on economic development, with a series of policies to encourage and stimulate economic growth city-wide. HCC is making Lower Hutt a great place to live, work and play.
